Recycled Orchestra, a team building to orchestrate your team

Music, and more specifically, the ORCHESTRA, is one of the best metaphors for Teamwork there is. For a melody to capture, envelop and move us, it is necessary for all the instruments to be in tune and to sound in a coordinated and harmonious way. The same is true in any business organisation, isn’t it? What better team building activity could there be?

In this case, the participants will also have to build their own instruments using recycled material and following the rules of our dynamic musicians.

It is necessary to be a good listener, to take on roles, and to adopt the best of attitudes in order to achieve a brilliant final result. Individualities are diluted in the harmony of the group. We are all ONE, and the importance of the work of each one in a common project is clearly manifested in this exciting team building.

The Director’s baton signals that we are ready, shall we start this team building event?
